The situation

The P&L across every channel, domestic and international wholesale, carrier contracts and 3PL partners, operating plans and forecasts, and teams across operations, CX, finance, web, and marketing. She reported to the CEO and CFO.

  • Implemented NetSuite and connected Shopify, Faire, Amazon Seller Central, and ShipStation
  • Selected and managed 3PL partners and renegotiated carrier contracts
  • Built KPI dashboards and quarterly re-forecasts for the executive team
  • Grew retail, distribution, and gifting partnerships as sales lead
